The seed of inspiration that has sparked my curiosity is the quote “As Within, So Without, As above, So below.” by Hermes Trismegistus, author of the Hermetic Corpus. To me this quote reflects how our internal world mirrors the external world around us and visa versa. In this work I go through a transformation where I explore my main internal shadow archetypes and transition into my main empowered archetypes. The empowered archetype I relate to most is that of the caregiver represented by Gaia - Mother Earth. My internal transformation is then shared externally through movement, sound and real-time digital projections.
